Returns Policy We accept returns on most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (we sent the wrong or defective item) we will also pay for the return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 4 weeks of you shipping the package back to us, but are often faster. This time frame includes the time it takes for the item to get to us (5-10 business days), the time to process the return once we receive it (3-5 business days) and the bank’s processing time (5-10 business days).

Shipping We ship to almost everywhere worldwide, but some products may not be eligible for international shipping and some items cannot be shipped internationally.

When you place an order we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method chosen. The estimated dates will show up during checkout depending on the shipping provider.

Shipping rates are weight based for most items, weights are listed on product pages. We round up to the nearest whole pound to match our shipping provider’s policy.
